Service Description. This Site describes Tree Trimming, Stump Grinding, Mulching, Junk Removal, Irrigation System Installation, Lawn Care, Tree Removal provided by King Landscaping and Tree Service. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CA.
